Singapore Citizens facing financial difficulty may apply for MOE FAS to help cover school fees and expenses. Apply online via Parents Gateway using your Singpass.
Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses. Parents who wish to know more about MOE FAS can access the MOE website at Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) (opens in new tab).
Parents can apply for MOE FAS using the e-FAS form, which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) using Singpass login or via the following link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas. (opens in new tab)

If you have children in different government or government-aided schools, you just need to submit 1 application form to any of their schools. The school that receives the application form will inform you of the outcome.
